Common Topics
Account & Sign-In
- Can't sign in? Make sure you're using the same method you registered with (email, Google, or Apple). If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in screen.
- Delete my account: Go to Profile → Delete Account in the app, or email us and we'll process it within 48 hours.
- Change my email: Contact us at gl@graylin.ai with your current and new email address.
Subscription & Billing
- View your plan: Go to Profile → Usage & Billing to see your current plan, usage, and billing history.
- Cancel or change plan: Visit Profile → Usage & Billing to manage your subscription.
- Refunds: Contact us within 7 days of a charge for a review. Refund eligibility depends on usage and timing.
AI Assistant
- Response quality: Graylin uses third-party AI models. Response quality depends on your configured model provider and the specificity of your prompts.
- Tool errors: If a tool (email, web search, task creation) fails, check your configured connections in Settings → Connections.
- Rate limits: Usage limits are based on your subscription plan. Check your remaining quota in Profile → Usage & Billing.
Connections & Integrations
- Google services: Connect your Google account in Settings → Channels to enable Gmail, Calendar, Drive, and Contacts access.
- WhatsApp: Link your WhatsApp account in Settings → Channels to send and receive messages through Graylin.
- API keys: Add your own AI provider keys in Settings → Your Providers to use your preferred models.
Privacy & Data
- Your data is isolated: Each workspace runs in its own encrypted environment. Your data is never shared with other users.
- Data export: Contact us to request an export of your data.

System Status
If you're experiencing connectivity issues, check that you have a stable internet connection. For service outages or maintenance, we'll communicate via email to registered users.
